There is no Jate, only sleep?

jateshiSelf-pimping time! Check out my extensive and ginormously long list of original artworks which are up for sale! I've got everything from originals to fanarts, linearts to completed images with backgrounds, and they're all for sale!
I really wish nights of insomnia would pick better times to strike me - no more for the next two weeks, hear? I got about two hours of sleep between 12AM-6AM and added a whopping two more between the hours of 6AM-10AM. It's a bit pointless to say that I feel bone-deep tired, isn't it? I can't even say that there was something in particular which kept me up - there wasn't anything occurring or any bad dreams; I just couldn't sleep at all. I worked well the first couple of hours of work (literally about three) surviving on the energy born from a carmel frap but I've got an hour left of work (from the time I'm writing this) and I'm losing my grip on consciousness.
I will not fall asleep at my desk while reading a book, I will not fall asleep at my desk while reading a book... *repeats ad nauseum*
I do happily have quite a few exceptionally odd pieces in the works, some of which I hope (and fondly dream) to have inked by the end of this weekend. So far I've gotten one Severus/Harry (a rather odd one, at that - Severus is hawking, if you know what I mean by that), a Regulus to match Sirius in The Most Ancient and Noble, a picture of Harry modeling my draft design of entirely original and unique Hogwarts robes, a nearly-finished Cho Chang modeling the drafted design of the female version of my entirely original robes, and then a picture of a knight-errant with arm aloft for a large hawk to land. All of that in addition to the *stack* of sketches I've got, with everything ranging from Severus/Lucius to Harry/Draco, the Patil twins - all of which need to be finished off. *pokes great massive pile of artworks* There are not enough hours in the day or days in the week for all of the art I wish I could do...
The sad thing is because of how little sleep I managed to get last night, I doubt anything new is going to come out tonight. Most likely I will curl up in my bed, pull the covers over my head, and sleep for eight hours like I want to.In my dreams - there's no chance I'll be able to take a "nap" like I want to when I get home...
Edit - You know you really have to be a lot more tired than you noticed when you walk from your work building all the way to the parking lot before you stop, look where you thought you parked your car, and remember that you parked in the lot on the other side of campus this morning. Yay for the extraneous ten-minute hike to get to where I actually *had* put my car this morning!
