I'm planning to sew costumes based on my original clothing designs - the first one is actually based on a design I made and then one of my friends, Artema, refined. With luck, and determination, the costumes will be ready for some Otakon, where she will come to me and we will parade around the con making people wish they were as awesomely dressed as we will be.
As for the leather crafting, yep! I'm trying to finish up a pair of decorative gauntlets I started trying to do a few years ago but never was able to finish due to issues with not having a hammer. (I have a hammer now - I can now punch holes in the leather! -jig-) Once I get the gauntlets finished, I'm going to purloin the digital camera to take pictures of them and maybe even a 'model' shot of me wearing one of them.
