jateshiMy daily brain dump didn't happen last night (I know, what's this about daily when I skip random days over weekends, right?) so I'll prolly end up with multiples today to make up for it. Since, yanno, I am doing my brain dump for yesterday now. I drew a lot last night, which was grounding and relaxing and distracting - my head's not dealing with much, still, possibly because it is waiting for an opportunity to break down without risking, oh, my job. Which, need I remind you, I actually love.
I got about seven hours of sleep last night and am bushed. In the "I'm half dressed in work clothes but too tired" so I went back to sleep for seven minutes. And in those seven minutes I actually dreamed, that's how tired I am. That's a rare level of tired for me - I feel ambivalent about downing too much caffeine because that's what prolly lands me in these vicious cycles (self reflection? GASP) so I am slowly sipping caffeinated things and making my brain stay functioning.
So Patch hits today. PATCHMAS. YAY. It's still not likely to bring me back to Arlu but it does mean I am going to spend more time on Vir. I need to now get my druid to 40, buy my slew of 20's their mounts, and get more of my lowbies to 20. I need to buy tons of bags and earrrgh. But I still fucking love the game. Book has, appropriately, been rendered as a warlock. I suspect, as she climbs, I will make sure I get the Doomguard spell - I'd never seen one since they implemented the scaling. 31k health OH MY GOD I want to unleash one of those now. PWN things in the face. PWN THEM I SAY. I would even stick points in improved enslave for those suckers. I just wish Curse of Doom could still pop them, the memory of Hogger becoming a Doomguard is beyond-words awesome. I think I'm making a style amalgamation of Weregeek and to test this I am working on a huge art project - I am making desktops. Right now I'm focusing on traditional (re: sol) fuku'd senshi because, well, that's how even I got started. I've got a journal over on DA saying that if you DON'T want to be a potential victim speak up and since I know so few "sol" fuku senshi I might start asking for more help. I want this to be not-just-my-senshi though if I don't start finding more "traditional" fuku senshi it might. :/ Harumph! Oh well, if the project pans well though, I WILL actually do a few other variants. I'm kinda using the Linux and Astera as my CG applications for the Tower of Time, you see. Because I don't want to CG anything else, at the moment, and since the whole desktop WILL be done in CG I might as well, right?
Apartment. Oh yeah, apartment. Found a lovely place, loaded up stuff, moved. Still moving. Got internet there already so it's pretty much a home right now. My folks more than understand and it's quite time. It's in a gated community (which right now? Extra feelings of security? Not a bad fucking thing at all), across from Wegmans, and feels like Haven to me. So that's what I'm naming it. I've jokingly dubbed the router The Collegium and now just need to get Vanyel up and running... Bought some bookcases (best time to move is, in fact, when everything is spitting dorm stuff left and right - I don't mind a house built by Ikea and college-themed things, it still feels that "fresh" way to me. I've got the most important stuff up - altar, bookcases, computer desk - and a SOFA. Oh, and my bed. Picked some pillows up at Target too, going to slowly buy enough pillows that I could transform my bed into a pillow-laden harem bed without an issue. By my counts that means I need about fifteen more pillows. But NOW it makes a lovely reading corner. Floor lamp with halogens are AWESOME too. *rambly rambly*
Still looking for more drawble and drabble ideas so I guess I consider this close to last call. As I start working on the Desktop Project, as I'm calling it, I will be trying to rush out the drawbles that I've done (by the way I know in some I am taking them 'odd' ways. It's just what I do with drabwles. :3 )

Oh and if you want to do a widescreen desktop (1920x1200) on that style I wouldn't object. Maybe comething techno themed in that style?

I don't trust it without adult supervision. But I got home, got patched in ten minutes, and then played. "Where's my server" the rest of the night. Couldn't get in on my Alliance toons so hopped to Arlu for some after spending an hour playing a "My server is dead" alt.
